What does Web-Programming mean?
Web-Programming refers to the writing, markup and coding involved in Web Development, which includes Web content, Web client and server scripting and network security.

What are the two sides of web programming?
There are two sides to web programming, front-end and back-end.
Front-end web-programmers create pages that a web designer creates. Back-end web-programmers write server-side code that runs a website that users cannot see.

What is HTML?
HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. HTML marks up the content of a site. An HTML document is composed of a tree of simple HTML nodes, such as text nodes, and HTML elements, which add semantics and formatting to parts of document (for example, make text bold, organize it into paragraphs, lists and tables, or embed hyperlinks and images). Each element can have HTML attributes specified.


What is CSS?
CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is used to style and layout web pages — for example, to alter the font, color, size, and spacing of your content, split it into multiple columns, or add animations and other decorative features.



What is JavaScript?
JavaScript is a scripting or programming language that allows you to implement complex features on web pages — every time a web page does more than just sit there and display static information for you to look at — displaying timely content updates, interactive maps, animated 2D/3D graphics, scrolling
effects etc.




What is a script in simple words?
In simple words, a script is a set of commands written in code that are necessary to complete a task. It is the scripts that make the actions on the site work according to a given scenario.
For example, if a user clicks the “Order” button on your site, and there are no scripts, then nothing will happen.
